Come and celebrate to going of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 at Campbelltown Carers Hub.
- count down to midnight (midday for us)
- decorate a journal for the new year to take down all your highlights
- Write a letter saying goodbye to 2025 ( take home and release to the ether to put the year behind you)
- plant a seed to take home and watch it grow with you in 2026.
