This session introduces practical brain-body strategies that help:
- Calm the nervous system (for students and teachers)
- Reduce classroom stress and emotional reactivity
- Improve focus, transitions, and learning readiness
- Restore your own energy and clarity as a teacher
All in 10–15 minutes a day, within your existing classroom routine.
