Australia’s Ultimate Event for Baking & Cake Decorating Enthusiasts, Foodies & Families.
This three-day live event is devoted to the world of baking and the art of cake decorating, with areas of interest to professional and home bakers alike.
Running in Melbourne from Sydney from 27 – 29 May 2022 and 8 – 9 July 2022, the show will feature demonstrations from leading local and international chefs, hands-on workshops in cake decorating and fondant molding, masterclasses, and of course the Art Of Cake Competition where the country’s best cake artists come up against each other to showcase their eye-popping masterpieces.
The expo features the biggest stars of the baking world, including the edgy pastry chef Anna Polyviou, Kirsten Tibballs the queen of chocolate, the author of two best-selling Spanish cookbooks Miguel Maestre, The King of the Croquembouche and the Master of the Macaron, Adriano Zumbo and more!
