Over 25 years’ experience in café transformation, she converts under-performing businesses into in-demand local favourites using simple and practical approaches. She uses her Customer Experience and Leadership superpowers to inspire teams, and to build profitable and successful businesses focussed on creating work-life balance.

Over the last several years, Katherine used her extensive experience in Hospitality as a Business Advisor at Realise Business to connect and assist businesses all over Sydney. A proven track record in the world of Cafes, most recently turning a run-down business into a highly successful and in-demand takeaway, increasing revenue two-fold during the height of the Covid pandemic.

Katherine holds a bachelor’s degree in arts, graduate diploma in information management, a master’s degree in information management and recently completed her business coaching certification. Her awards include Telstra Businesswoman of the Year (Australian Finalist), RCNSW Best Café Awards, and numerous Local Business Awards Winner.
