Come awaken your senses with your breath, move and surrender to the process, and trust the freedom of feeling alive and being in touch with your heart.
Doors open at 6:15 pm for a sage smudging and cocoa
6:30 pm START: Come enjoy moving your bodies freely, and dance off any static energy from your chakras. The guided Samba ecstatic movements will incorporate, strength, power, love, wisdom, and happiness.
7:30pm Sit back, max chill, and let the vibrational sounds of the coral ocean, Tibetan, and Crystal healing bowls massage your mind for the weekend ahead.
Stay warm and cosy, BYO blankets, hot water bottle, sleeping bags + yoga mat.
