As part of the 16 days of activism to prevent violence against women, Alpine Health is delivering, in partnership with the Alpine Shire Council, a series of Bystander training events across our three townships in November – please see attached flyer. All sessions begin at 5:30pm, with the aim of encouraging community and workplaces to attend.

What do you say or do when you hear or see actions that are not respectful? Is it your place to do or say something? Bystander training empowers individuals, communities and workplaces to take action and make a difference.

If you have an interest in promoting respectful relationships and preventing violence in your local community, in your workplace and in your organisation or in your role: COME ALONG!
This training promotes respect and equity and guides participants to understand the Bystander phenomenon in the context of preventing violence against women.

Light refreshments will be served.
