We will learn how to texture silky milk to combine with our coffees. For lovers of chai and hot chocolate, there is time to explore these drinks too. We will use full cream cows milk, as well as soy as an alternative.

  • All coffee, milk, chai, chocolate needed to make your drinks

  • Bound and splash proof course notes

  • 250g of Moonshine espresso coffee to take home
