Every business needs products or sevices to sell, without them you don't have a business.
Most businesses spend a lot of time on developing products and services, many times they develop the products and services that they like to sell, not what their customers and clients would like to purchase.
In this 1.5 hour session we will work through how to:
- Deliver products and services, that your customers and clients actually want
- Develop new products and services
- Improve profitability through understanding the true costs of your product or service
- Increase your margin by value-adding
All participants will receive an information pack that includes a template for a product and/or service costing matrix, hints and tip sheet, along with some tools and information that you can use in your business.
