Running a business is hard. Running a successful business is even harder. Sadly many businesses fail in their first few years. A business without solid foundations will not withstand all the challenges that will come before it.

Attendance at this session will provide you with valuable information and insights that will help your business have the best possible chance of success.

Simple actions can be taken to begin to solidify your business foundations. Remember, taking some action is better than taking none.

In this 1.5 hour session we will look at a simple business plan (2 pages). We will help you answer the following questions:

• What is your business?
• What are your products/services?
• Who are your customers/clients?
• Why do your customers/clients choose you?

We will also discuss your business obligations, including legal, financial, licenses and permits.

All participants will receive an information pack that includes a template for a simple business plan, contact details for relevant agencies, along with some tools and information that you can use in your business.
