Should I bring someone with me?
You can come along on your own, but there are a few reasons why it is a good idea to bring a colleague! The first is that strategising is a constant process of decision making and choosing between options. This can be an exhausting process on your own, without someone to bounce things off. The second reason is that your view may not always be practical. If you have somone else along for the ride, the two of you are more likely to come up with a workable strategy. The third reason is that if you do the strategy in isolation, and then try to take it back to your business and implement it, you are fighting a lone battle to get other people interested. If you go through the process with a partner, then the two of you can drive implementation together. And the last point is that during the workshop you might come up with ideas and challenges that you'd prefer not to discuss with the group. If that happens, then it is useful to have one of your own people with you to talk things through.
What if I am a sole owner and I don't have anyone to bring with me?
In this case, you should bring your wife/husband, or another family member who can give you reasonable input. If this is not practical, then you should ask a friend or a mentor to come along with you. You could also ask another sole practitioner to work with you as long as you are in different types of businesses, and don't mind sharing ideas about your strategic directions. The process of finding a strategy partner is an important one for your business.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You can definitely transfer your ticket to someone else in your organisation.
What are my parking options at the event?
There is ample parking at the rear of the venue.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event. If you are unable to make the event within the last week, we will transfer your place to the next workshop.
