He has over 25 years’ experience advising on safety, regulation, employment and industrial relations matters, and is recognised as a leading safety practitioner in Australia. He works with a wide range of clients in the construction, mining and resources, transport, manufacturing and retail industries.
STEPHANIE GAYLARD - Manager WHSE Services, Master Builders
Stephanie has been working in the safety field for 15 years, providing construction businesses of all types and sizes with technical safety advice and assistance. In her current role at Master Builders, she manages the development and implementation of products and services that assist members with planning and managing safety in their business.
MELANIE DAWSON - Manager WHSE, Master Builders
Melanie has over 15 years’ experience working within the safety field. She’s worked across various areas within the construction industry including safety services, policy and advocacy. She’s a member of the workplace health and safety Queensland board and industry sector standing committee.
