There's so much noise in the marketplace today about all the things that we should and shouldn't be doing as business owners. So many "gurus".
How are you, as a business owner, supposed to know who to listen to?
What to do next? What to focus on?
It's enough to drive anyone crazy!
If you had the opportunity to get clarity, direction and a plan to focus on for your business what would you do? Take the opportunity?
To be able to:
- Get an understanding of where you are today
- Capture why you got into business in the first place
- Set goals around income, freedom... and just how big, or small you would like to be
- Get clarity on what trajectory you're currently on in relation to these goals
- Identify the key projects you should work on as a business owner
- Get a short list of what to do first
- Then take ACTION
What would this do for you over the next 12 months? How would this help your mindset, or stress levels?
The NCOC will host a Business Planning Workshop in conjunction with #CallChris & Co. (for both NCOC members and non-members) which will give you all of the above.
You'll leave the 90-min workshop with a plan, revitalised vision... And a fire in your belly!
The workshop will be on Wednesday 3 February at 9.00am at The Little Conference Room, Unit 4, 42-64 Currie Street, Nambour.
Tickets are ABSOLUTELY LIMITED due to the facility size, so grab a ticket quickly.
- Members - $19.50 inc GST
- Non-members - $29.50 inc GST
All proceeds will be directed to the NCOC for re-investing in our Nambour business community.
