That’s why Moreton Bay Regional Council are providing a FREE Business Management Systems Workshop to help companies improve their business management systems and create more business opportunities.
The Business Management Systems Workshop, delivered by Rob Tomlinson from Incremental Improvements Australia Pty Ltd (II-AU), is well known throughout South East Queensland for supporting businesses wishing to transform using quality management frameworks and lean business principles.
During this face-to- face Workshop, Rob - a highly experienced business mentor - will provide an overview of all the relevant current Quality Management Systems and ISO Standards that businesses need to be aware of, and then assist through an interactive workshop (byo laptop) where businesses will have an opportunity to create their own quality systems and procedures using provided templates.
The free Workshop will guide local businesses through:
• Accessing and winning government and business procurement opportunities,
• Developing business and quality management systems,
• Creating best practice documentation enabling relevant ISO Accreditation, and
• Identifying business risks and mitigation planning.
