Event description

Description

The Victorian Workplace Mental Wellbeing Collaboration – a partnership between SuperFriend, VicHealth and WorkSafe Victoria, warmly invite you to a special event to further develop the role of leadership in supporting positive mental health in your workplace.

Join us to hear from Professor Drew Dawson as he explores the topic of sleep and workplace fatigue, and the role of leaders in managing fatigue to support employees. Using practical examples and an interactive Q&A session, this event will challenge thinking around current practice and empower you to positively manage fatigue in your own organisation.

Professor Drew Dawson is the Director of the Appleton Institute at Central Queensland University. He is nationally and internationally recognised for his contributions to the scientific community and industry in the areas of sleep and fatigue research, organisational psychology and human behaviour, industrial relations negotiations, and the human implications of hours of work.
