The biggest challenge to be addressed by businesses is to manage their cash flow in any environment that they may be operating including start up, growth, recovery, loss making, competitive, exports and so on.


This event will provide companies with a practical action plan for improving the company’s cashflow position addressing the following;

  • Correct product costing
  • How to avoid the cashflow pitfalls
  • Claiming the R&D Tax incentive - myths and benefits
  • Simple measures to monitor cashflow in your business
  • Govt. support available - advisory, grants, assistance
