This workshop is a great starting point for those new to business. In this workshop you will define your business mission, vision and values and really get to know your customer. These elements of a business are so important and set the foundations for the future of your business.

We will also cover key elements such as business structures, registrations and licences, insurances and tax obligations. These elements are absolutely critical and knowing your obligations as a new business owner is essential.

This one day workshop has been developed by experts and is designed to support you in setting your business effectively. There are so many things that can go wrong in business so make sure you are getting your business set up for success right from the beginning.

Meet our facilitator - Melinda Varley, Moxxie Traiaing Academy

Melinda is the founder of the Moxxie Training Academy. Melinda is an experienced business professional and coach who has owned and managed a number of successful businesses and has worked for more than 20 years in the Australian Public Service, Not-For-Profit and private enterprises.

Melinda is absolutely passionate about small business. She is also a qualified accountant, trainer and business coach with extensive experience in business, financial and human resource management.

In the last few years Melinda has worked with a range of small and large organisations improving their business functions including Departments of Defence, Health, Human Services and Infrastructure and Regional Development. She has also worked closely with CIT Solutions, Mums Exercise Group Australia (MEGA), Mary Violet Creative and a range of small businesses across many industries.
