Something I’ve noticed again and again over the years is that a lot of people have no idea they’re actually in burnout.


Because when your adrenals are in push mode, you can still have energy. You might feel like you’re coping, functioning, getting through your days, and doing what needs to be done. From the outside, it can look like you’re managing.


What often isn’t obvious is that your body is running on stress hormones and survival energy. And that can go on for a long time — sometimes right up until the point where the system can’t keep going anymore.


That’s why burnout and overwhelm don’t resolve with rest alone.


This live masterclass is about understanding what’s really happening in your body when overwhelm becomes chronic, and why slowing down, resting more, or pushing through doesn’t change the underlying pattern.


In this session, I’ll be covering:


✅ How burnout and overwhelm develop through the nervous system

✅ Why early burnout doesn’t always feel like exhaustion

✅ The adrenal–nervous system stress loop

✅ How fight, flight, freeze and fawn show up in everyday life

✅ Why your body stays stuck in survival mode

During the session, I’ll also guide you through an eye-opening self-assessment quiz, so you can clearly see where your body is currently sitting in the overwhelm, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation cycle.


This session is also experiential.
