Discover the benefits of Tai Chi and learn the art of meditation in motion every Wednesday from 2pm - 3pm at the Bunbury Library. For people of any age, fitness level, and flexibility, this ancient Chinese martial art combines gentle exercise, low-impact movements, slow, deep breathing and meditation.
