Are you looking for an activity that can improve balance, coordination, wellbeing, and physical and mental health? Tai Chi could be for you!

Discover the benefits of Tai Chi and learn the art of meditation in motion every Wednesday from 2pm - 3pm at the Bunbury Library. For people of any age, fitness level, and flexibility, this ancient Chinese martial art combines gentle exercise, low-impact movements, slow, deep breathing and meditation.
