Around 12 per cent of Australians will experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in their lifetime and the results can be profound and far-reaching.

This insightful course explores what we know about trauma and PTSD and provides a myth-busting guide to what works in terms of treatment and recovery.

  • Co-existing disorders and links to general mental health
  • Understanding adaptive symptoms
