Description

This is an interactive community workshop to help people to plan ahead for the end of life and discuss their care wishes with their families and health care providers. The workshop is run by Palliative Care WA with a range of health and allied health specialists from palliative care service providers, Office of the Public Advocate and Donate Life WA.

The workshop is free but bookings are essential. Please book via this Eventbrite page.
