Course Overview

Being authentic in the way you work with others is critical in building trust and engagement. Through this course participants will explore the concept of Authentic Leadership, building trust, self-acceptance and self-confidence. Highly interactive, the course will develop skills to increase meaningful, open conversations with peers, managers and direct reports to drive engagement.
