Event description

Description

Culturise invites Senior and Executive level leaders to learn about latest findings and discuss the topic of 'Resilient Teams' in a setting encouraging of small group discussion. Resilience and Mindfulness are hot topics in personal and professional development circles and so it is logical to consider how we might apply these concepts to the group. We have heard about IQ and it's links to EQ, but what about AQ - The Adversity Quotient. Resilience is ultimately about our ability to deal with adversity and how do we measure this? This workshop will balance content and consideration - introducing frameworks for personal resilience that can be applied to the collective group in a range of ways. Respecting your experience and the individual nature of your team, you will be given opportunity to consider and plan how you might evaluate your own team(s) and set your course for strong and more resilient groups in your organisation. Your presenter is Jo Marshall who not only has 25 years experience in leading large and small teams, but is an accredited Executive Coach, Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Chair of the Western Industry Leaders Group. Tickets are limited.
