Description

With mental health problems on the rise, it is important that parents and families are given the knowledge and tools to recognise if their child is experiencing mental health problems, what to do about this and how to raise resilient children.

For a wellbeing in young people in declining. Join us for this one-and-a-half-hour workshop for parents which highlights:

  • What mental health and mental illness are

  • What mental illness looks like in adults and children

  • COPMI (Children of Parents with a Mental Illness)

  • Factors that increase the chance of developing mental health problems

  • Discussion and tips on raising resilient children

  • Where to get help
