Being Resilient means being able to face the stressors that life throws you and cope well enough with them that you recover more quickly. With all that is going on in our world, it can seem that the stressors are always showing up, so the best thing you can do is to find tools to help manage.

There are several ways you can build greater resilience to stress and an integrated approach works best. In this workshop, you'll learn how stress depletes nutrient stores, the effects that your attitude has on your stress, how to better support your body with nutrition and how to building a good social support network. Based on the key learnings, you’ll create a personalized 20-minute ritual to help you boost stress resilience.
