Fresh from completing his PhD examining brand image measurement, our Executive Chairman, Dr. Chris Riquier will challenge the role of brand measurement in its current forms. Extending on the foundations of his early research with the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute and building on the viewpoints of Byron Sharp, author of How Brands Grow, Chris will demonstrate the pitfalls of brand measurement techniques promoted by prominent advertising, branding and market research agencies.
