About this event

  • Online community management theory and practice
  • How to build a sense of community to encourage participation
  • Culture setting and zone creation
  • Engagement techniques
  • Community governance and issues management
  • How you know your approach is working

They'll also have a long Q & A session to address specific student needs and challenges. They're inviting you to email them beforehand with particular issues you'd like to address: venessa.paech@sydney.edu.au
