One of the biggest challenges in churches is having enough leaders to carry out Gospel ministry. If we're going to mature the saints and reach the lost, we need to increase the leadership pipelines within our churches and raise up leaders of biblical character, conviction and competency.

To start on this journey, Reach Australia will spend a day with you and your team, building a framework for the why and how of building a leadership pipeline in your context, along with well-grounded examples and structures for how it's worked in other Australian contexts. This will be a day consultation and workshop where the team will help us learn more about raising up the current and next generation of church leaders.

Morning tea and lunch will be included, with a receipt being emailed on payment. We'd encourage you to bring your leaders of teams so you can think through these challenges in your context together.
