Good nutrition provides the building blocks of a strong immune system. Children enter the world with an inexperienced immune system so it’s important to find ways to help boost their defences. This workshop, led by renowned Nutritionist Zoe Bingley Pullin, will focus on building confidence in the food choices we make for our families as well as discuss how we can boost these choices to build immunity in young children.
As a mother herself, Zoe will share practical tips and fun ways that families can integrate healthy habits into their everyday life.
A little about Zoe Bingley Pullin:
Zoe Bingley-Pullin is a Nutritionist and internationally trained chef, studying at the Le Cordon Bleu School in London. She has a passion for food and has empowered many of her clients to embrace the benefits of food through education, improving people’s knowledge and understanding of nutrition, in order to create and sustain a healthier and more delicious life.
Currently, she is the co-host of Channel Ten’s Good Chef Bad Chef, with Adrian Richardson as well as the resident nutritionist on Channel 10 and Studio 10, educating viewers on the latest nutrition information. She is the food editor for the Fitness First Magazine and also a regular contributor to many national publications, such as Women’s Health and Fitness, Madison, Cleo, Cosmopolitan, OK Magazine, Marie Claire and Harper’s BAZAAR.
In 2009, she published her first book, Eat Taste Nourish, which focused on nutrition and how to create delicious and healthy food in simple ways. She has also launched her own online program falling in love with food.
