If you are involved in the building and construction industry in regional Western Australia you shouldn’t miss this important learning opportunity.

These seminars will inform practitioners involved with designing, approving or constructing buildings about important changes included in Volumes One and Two of the National Construction Code (NCC), being the Building Code of Australia (BCA) for NCC 2019 edition.  This is your opportunity to hear about these changes as well as recent amendments to the Building Regulations 2012 – don’t miss out!

Light refreshments will be provided at morning tea.

Building and Energy is a division within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.

Building and Energy was formed 22 January 2018 with the amalgamation of the Building Commission and EnergySafety. Building and Energy is responsible for: the regulation of building, painting, building surveying and plumbing services industries in Western Australia; and the technical safety regulation of all the electrical and most of the gas industries in Western Australia.
