Build your own robotic car and take it home (12+ years)

Get creative with cardboard and bring a robot to life!

In this fun, hands-on STEM workshop, you will:

• design your own robotic car using simple materials like cardboard
• build it with basic electronics, motors, and sensors
• program it using Arduino to bring your creation to life.

Best of all, you’ll take your robot home to keep experimenting, coding and having fun.

What to bring:

• A laptop (Windows or Mac) - iPads and Chromebooks won’t work.
• Arduino installed. Download the instructions.

Please note:

• This event is ticketed at $11.90.
• One ticket includes one adult and one child.
• You will receive 1 full set of materials.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Bookings are essential.
• Eventbrite automatically deducts applicable taxes before releasing funds to event organisers. As a result, we are unable to provide a tax receipt.

Children under the age of 11 should be supervised by someone over 18 at all times in the Library.
