Build your own robotic car and take it home (12+ years)
Overview
Get creative with cardboard and bring a robot to life!
In this fun, hands-on STEM workshop, you will:
- design your own robotic car using simple materials like cardboard
- build it with basic electronics, motors, and sensors
- program it using Arduino to bring your creation to life.
Best of all, you’ll take your robot home to keep experimenting, coding and having fun.
What to bring:
- A laptop (Windows or Mac) - iPads and Chromebooks won’t work.
- Arduino installed. Download the instructions.
Please note:
- This event is ticketed at $11.90.
- One ticket includes one adult and one child.
- You will receive 1 full set of materials.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Bookings are essential.
- Eventbrite automatically deducts applicable taxes before releasing funds to event organisers. As a result, we are unable to provide a tax receipt.
Visitor information
Children under the age of 11 should be supervised by someone over 18 at all times in the Library.
