BTB Kirribilli NAIDOC Week Dinner
Event Information
About this event
We will be hosting a 5-course dinner event at BTB Kirribilli where native produce is the star. The menu is a collaboration between BTB and Winsome Matthews aiming to change perceptions and educate on the infinite possibilities of native produce. The night will involve an alternative expression of native foods similar to what you see from our cafe paired with its ability to help heal Country.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to Dr Tracy Westerman who is at the forefront of Indigenous youth suicide prevention amongst many other amazing initiatives. Our walls will be lined with the work of Kuku Yalanji artist Karen Gibson and resident BTB designer and artist Jake Woollard. Karen and Jake are working together on a contemporary expressionist exhibition ‘Reflections of Being Complimentary’ consisting of 8 artworks with all proceeds being raised for Karen Gibson.
Price includes food and a complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage (local beer and wine will be available.). The dinner is gluten and nut allergy free. It is not meat, dairy or seafood free.
