The Every student with disability succeeding plan is a priority for Queensland state schools. This workshop is designed to strengthen the knowledge of parents about positive behaviour for learning strategies to support students with autism in the classroom and wider school environment.

During the workshop participants will have the opportunity to:

• examine key departmental documents and resources

• engage with the online Guided Functional Behaviour Assessment Tool

• explore, discuss and share evidence based practices and strategies to support skill building.
