Brisbane City Council’s BrisAsia Festival is committed to supporting small business communities, with particular focus on Asian and migrant businesses, social enterprises, female entrepreneurs.

There are many important steps to take to successfully establish a small business and through BrisAsia Business Workshops, emerging business owners can gain the support and mentorship to understand the process of setting up, marketing and running their business on a day-to-day basis.

The BrisAsia Business Workshops will focus on connecting and supporting Asian artists, entrepreneurs, migrant and refugee women and providing them with the necessary tips, training and guidance to build a small business. Everyone is welcome to participate in the workshops, so please do not hesitate to sign up.

The workshops will be held in North, South and West regions of Brisbane throughout the BrisAsia festival so please check Council’s website for further event dates.

Registrations are essential for the workshops and will open in January 2021.
