Respectful Relationships Banner

Principals and Assistant Principals in our RR schools are warmly invited to attend this Community of Practice as well as all other staff who are leading the implementation of RR at their schools.

The single most important criterion for effective violence prevention and respectful relationships education in schools is the adoption of a whole-school approach.

The whole of school model of Respectful Relationships recognises the role of both formally appointed school leaders (Principals and APs) as well as leadership from other staff members as key to creating sustainable change in Respectful Relationships.

What might effective leadership in RR look like?

This community of practice will explore leadership for sustainable change; one of the topics identified by our Lead-Partner Networks.
