Participation from the audience is encouraged for some hands on experience and there will be taste testing of the two products made.

Seminars are a great introduction to making your own fermented foods. Classes are with large groups of people capped at around 50 with as much action and participation of the audience wherever possible. Some basic online handouts are provided with the recipes and instructions for making your own at home.
