The Collingwood Coffee College is part of Proud Mary Coffee Roasters and is excited to offer our community course - 'Brewing Coffee at Home'.
In this course you can learn the important factors to consider getting specialty results brewing coffee at home!
'Brewing Coffee at Home' is a two-hour non-accredited course delivered by Lisa Feeley (Licensed Q Grader) who will provide a hands-on approach where you can try, test and clarify brewing coffee for home. Lisa will provide you with resources to take home and keep practicing!
Only 4 spots per class to ensure maximum time and attention can be given to all attendees.
During this class you will learn:
1. Three important factors to manage the techniques when brewing coffee.
2. How to prepare four different brewing methods for home.
You will also enjoy a specialty coffee and artisian cake pairing.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Tram #86 runs regulary to Smith Street Collingwood. Stop 18 Hodgson Street is a quick walk across the road, down Stanley Street, walk past Proud Mary Cafe (if you can) to Wellington Street and Proud Mary Coffee Roasters (and Aunty Peg's) is across the road. Enter via middle door.
On Saturdays parking is available on Wellington Street directly out front of Aunty Peg's with active parking meters.
You can wear anything comfortable and warm however it is important that you wear closed in shoes.
Can I update my registration information if it changes prior to the class?
Absolutely! To update simply contact the organiser firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring the confirmation email on your smartphone or a printed copy of the confirmation email if you prefer.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Absolutely, please contact the organisor to transfer and update details email@example.com.
What is the refund policy?
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to make the class and cannot reschedule to the next class then a full refund will be issued or alternativley you can transfer the class registration to another coffee lover! This needs to be done 7 days prior to course commencement.

All courses are short training workshops comprising of course objectives, practical activities to try, test and clarify the required skills and knowledge.
All courses are delivered by industry professionals who will provide each learner resources to take home and keep practicing!
