This day of Breathwork is open to anyone who wants to increase their wellbeing and awareness.
What is Breath work (Rebirthing)?
Breathwork is a gentle, safe and supportive way to release toxins and learn from and release past limiting decisions. Breathwork is an active form of meditation and mindfulness. It is a breathing technique that you can learn to use for yourself.
Your breath is a means of healing and holds the power to deepen your ability to help you “Know Thyself”. Through your breath you have the power to liberate your mind from the family patterns, anger and the specific negative thoughts in your mind that you inherited that are subconsciously running your life. Consciously connected breathing is something you will want to do for life. Eventually, you can practice it on your own by yourself. Rebirthing and breathing in this way allows you:
to Stabilize ourselves to have more energy.
to activate transcendental knowledge from the Source
to reach higher frequencies
to heal one's body to release tension
On this Introduction day, you will learn about Breathwork, and share a breathwork session with someone within the group.
What to bring:
Lunch, yoga mat, pillow and blanket to lay on, waterbottle.
Tea and coffee will be supplied
