In a busy world, we all need a place to slow down. Just to be still and know. To reconnect with faith, hope and love. To discover new tools to nourish mind, body and soul.

Join us for an 8 week Yoga course to explore the foundations of Breath, Christ-Centred meditation and Yoga Flow to bring more balance, health and wellbeing back into your week.

Reconnect with the gift of intentional breath to calm and soothe the mind, and manage everyday stress. Feel a deeper connection to your faith & truth through Christian meditation. Nourish mind, body, heart and soul with a beautiful yoga flow.

Each 75 minute class includes:

  • 60 minute yoga flow

  • 15 minute breathwork and meditation

  • Organic herbal tea to leave balanced and refreshed from the inside out

What you will learn:

  • Foundations of breath

  • Foundations of meditation

  • Foundations of yoga (asana)

Where: Location to be advised on booking - light filled sanctuary in the heart of Lane Cove village
Date: Weekly x 8 week yoga course Tuesday evening commencing MARCH 2018: 06/03, 13/03, 20/03, 27/03, 03/04, 10/04, 17/04, 24/04

Time: 7:30pm-8:45pm
Cost: $180 (8 week course fee/ $22.50 per class) + *booking fee

What level of yoga is it?

All levels - beginners welcome!

What is Holy Yoga?

This style of yoga combines the postures of Hatha with Christian scripture meditation techniques to introduce themes such as grace, hope, love, rest and trust. Holy Yoga provides a meaningful way to connect in heart, soul, mind and strength to something greater than ourselves.

What do I need to bring / wear?

Yoga mat, comfy clothes, water bottle - and an open heart & mind!

What if I have never done yoga before?

No problems - classes will be designed with all levels in mind, simple, supportive postures to help you move with ease and grace in YOUR body as it was designed.

What are some of the wellbeing and health benefits of yoga?

Yoga has been shown to calm the nervous system, increase lung capacity to manage everyday conditions such as stress and anxiety, improve posture, improve blood pressure and rest and restore - supporting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
