About this event

What if I told you that breathing was the KEY to better energy, better moods, better concentration, better sleep, better health and better relationships - but you have to breath RIGHT.

Breath affects you on a physical, mental, emotional and physiological level, this is bi-directional, so your mental/emotional state, your physical state and your physiological state will also affect your breathing. How Friggen cool is this!

If you want to understand what your breathing is indicating about YOU, if you want to learn how to correct “dysfunctional” breathing and if you want to learn how to breath for better HEALTH and get your MOJO back, then join me for this event.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat and pillow to sit on, a keep cup, a notebook and pen to take notes. Wear comfortable clothing there may be some physical movement involved.

This is part of a series of workshops, emphasising the foundations of health, with breath, movement, nutrition, using breath and sound for altered states.
