About this event
This is 10 sessions to introduce you to breath work and how that can affect you in in every aspect of life. We explore movement connecting body and mind mainly mainly using Animal Flow.
Note this 10 session course starts Monday 31st January 2022!
We will also touch base and introduce you to the low tox life style. We are exposed to so much toxins every day and we don't always realise it. We can't always control our external environment but there is a lot we can do within ourselves, our home and when we are out and about. I am not an expert in this field but my family and I have been on this journey for over 5 years now and I love sharing and helping you on your journey.
When you join you will be given a link to an exclusive Facebook group where you will find posts on various health topics, our recorded zoom sessions, be able to chat with the other participants and ask all your questions.
10 sessions as below will be live via zoom:

Monday 31st January 7pm - Introduction class
Mondays (7th, 14th, 21st and 28th February) at 10:30am
Wednesday 16th February at 7pm
Thursdays (3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th February) at 10:30am
