Breastfeeding Preparation Class - Wednesday

During this 90 minute face-face session, a Lactation Consultant will discuss breastfeeding & normal newborn feeding patterns in the first weeks of life, as well as some strategies to assist you with this transition.

We talk about the advantages of breastfeeding, building and maintaining your milk supply, strategies for success, breastfeeding techniques, how to breastfeed comfortably and tips for partner feeding.

Your partner or a support person are welcome to attend. There is no need to book a separate ticket for them.

When booking, please use the same name as on your medicare card (the same name you are using at the hospital) and include your UR number (hospital number).

If the face to face classes are booked out, we also run Zoom classes
