Join us for a powerful 2.5hr breakthrough breathwork journey designed to help you release stored tension, process unresolved emotion and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Through the transformative power of holotropic breathwork, you’ll access expanded states of consciousness that allow you to move beyond the analytical mind and into the deep intelligence of the body. Your thinking brain quietens and your emotional brain awakens, and your system can finally do what it’s been waiting for: to feel, release, and complete what was left unfinished.

You'll be held in a safe, intimate, trauma-informed container as you journey through activation, release, and integration – creating space for clarity, freedom, and profound reconnection with yourself.

What you'll experience:

This is an active journey into the depths of your inner world.

Over the course of this experience, you may:

  • Release phyiscal tension & stored stress: your body holds onto what you haven't fully processed. Through conscious connected breathing, trapepd energy can finally move, often maniesting as tears, shaking, heat or waves of sensation.
  • Process unresolved emotions & memories : emotions that you've suppressed may rise because they're ready to be felt and released. Memories may surface for processing, competion and integration.
  • Access altered states of consciousness: this is the same state behind deep meditation and flow states. You may experience imagery, colours, symbolism or a profound sense of connection with something greater than yourself.
  • Reconnect with your true essence: many describe it as coming home to themselves, reconnecting with their authentic self beneath all the coping, protection and holding.


Event flow:

Arrival + Tea Ritual - we open together with a gentle, heart-opening tea ritual to land you in the space and help you soften into the journey ahead.

Intention Setting - from here we move into intention setting, inviting you to connect with what your body is ready to release and what you desire to open space for in the new year ahead.

Introduction to Breakthrough Breathwork - you’ll learn what to expect, how the breath works on both a physiological and energetic level, and how to move through whatever arises with trust. This creates a foundation of safety before the journery begins.

75 min Breakthrough Breathwork Journey - a guided, trauma-informed, conscious connected breathwork experience that shifts you out of the analytical mind into the deep intelligence of the body. This is where emotional release and deep, inner connection unfold.

Guided Integration + Connection - space to gently land and anchor the insights you've recieved. Rachel will guide you through practices to help your system integrate your experience. You’ll have the option to share in a supportive circle designed for connection, reflection, and anchoring your experience.

Nourishment - a light snack and a warm drink to bring you back with groundedness before closing the journey.

This journey is for anyone who senses they're carrying more than they can see. Whether it's emotions that won't move, patterns that won't break, or a quiet sense that you're not fully living from your centre – this experience creates the conditions for release.

Through conscious connected breathing, you'll access the parts of yourself that words can't reach: the unfinished emotional cycles, the implicit memories, and the wisdom your body holds beneath your thinking mind.

After a full and emotionally saturated year, many people enter the new year carrying tension, unprocessed emotions, and patterns their system is stuck repeating. Without releasing that weight, it follows you, shaping the choices you make, the energy you have, and the way you show up in the year ahead.

Meet your Facilitator:

Rachel Bale is a Master Breathwork Instructor specialising in trauma-informed somatic healing.

With a background in teaching, Rachel spent years living in her head – achieving, managing, pushing through – while her body quietly kept the score. Her body eventually started speaking to her through burnout, postpartum depression and autoimmune illness, but she didn't know how to listen.

Breathwork brought her home to herself. It showed her that you can't think your way into healing. You have to feel it, release it and let your body know it's safe to live in the present.

Now Rachel helps others do the same. Her sessions blend science and spirit, offering trauma-informed, compassionate spaces where your mind can quiet, your body can release and you can remember what wholness feels like.
