Join us for a FREE Breakfast with the Birds at the renowned bird watching site at Cecil Hoskins Nature Reserve.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about the bird species that visit the Reserve and to gain some practice in identifying birds.
It is easy to get involved in the Aussie Backyard Bird Count which commences on Monday 17 October till Sunday 23 October 2016 and is the biggest citizen science project in Australia, with over 1 million birds counted last year!
What to bring: sturdy footware, sun, wind and cold weather protection, binoculars and bottled water.
What will be provided: Free BBQ brekky, fruit juice, water, toilet facilities, parking, bird monitoring booklets, engaging speakers and hopefully wonderful weather!
