TOPIC: How to Think Like an Innovator

Robynne Berg

Companies know they must become more innovative in order to grow in today’s changing marketplace. But how do we become more innovative?

Becoming innovative doesn’t start with what we do, its starts with how we think. We cannot be innovative unless we first create an innovative mindset and culture.

All of us can learn to think like more innovatively. Innovation is about questioning our assumptions about our jobs, our businesses and the world we live in. It’s about seeing the world through a different lens.

Robynne will show you some simple tips on how to think innovatively, create an innovative culture and pitch innovative ideas into your organisation.

Robynne Berg MBus (Mktg) is an internationally accredited innovation strategy consultant with over 20 years experience in business and marketing strategy. She trains senior executives and provides strategic consulting in innovation, blue ocean strategy and transformational leadership.
She is one of a select number of accredited Blue Ocean Strategy® consultants working in Australia and is part of a global network of academics, consultants and government officers.

Robynne is founder and director of Berg Consulting Group. She previously held senior management roles across industry and government, in both national and global contexts, including top 500 private companies, major infrastructure projects and major events.
She is a Victorian councilor of the Australian Marketing Institute and Chair, Victorian Communication Committee (AMI).

Join us for a fabulous event where you can meet like-minded professional women, enjoy a delicious array of canapes with a glass of champagne and listen to a speaker guaranteed to inspire. Plenty of time for networking and discussing issues with your peers.

We look forward to seeing you - and we know you will enjoy it. Feel free to bring your colleagues but book early. Numbers are strictly limited to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all that allows you to connect with everyone in the room if you want to.
