Founder of Wholesale Investor and CRIISP, Steve is passionate about connecting Private, Pre-IPO, IPO, STO, and Small Cap Listed opportunities with High Net Worth, Professional, Family Office, and International Investors. Wholesale Investor is sector agnostic.
CRIISP is a software-driven approach to raising capital. The platform provides an end to end solution SaaS platform for raising capital, accessing investors, engaging in Q&As, managing and tracking investor interest, and operating your investment deal room.
Over the last 10 years, Steve has been working with Entrepreneurs, CEO’s, and Investors to expand the opportunities available in the space and explore ways to connect deal makers throughout Asia-Pacific and the UK.
In 2019, WI had surpassed over 29,300 subscribers, hosted 42 Investors event, across 8 countries to over 4500 attendees. Aaya Hakeem - Co-Founder, CEO at PhysiPal
Aaya is a practising physiotherapist with a passion for improving movement and mobility.
Having studied biomedical science and gaining some insight into the business of medicine, Aaya entered my physiotherapy degree where she gained experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation. Realising the massive opportunities to improve patient management in this space, Aaya went on to complete her final year project into finding a potential solution.
This pursuit has evolved into PhysiPal, a solution changing the way we support patients to be more active after a knee replacement.

Your host for the series is Marcus Powe. Marcus founded EIC Growth Pty Ltd to assist CEO’s and leaders implement, embed and measure creativity and innovation systems that result in enterprising behaviours. He specialises in the growth of for profit and not for profit organisations that operate in the turbulence of national and international market places. Marcus has twice been awarded by the Business and Higher Education Round table as Australia’s Best Entrepreneurial Educator and for sustained excellence in collaboration between business and universities in Australia.
At the end of each event, you will be hearing from Jaxon Hickey who will provide 'The Jaxon 5', the top 5 takeaways and tips from the conversation. Jaxon Hickey has been involved in and led entrepreneurship activities as a founder, educator and director across large global markets. In his current position as Director of Global Strategy and International Operations, he leads the International expansion of a New Zealand based software company into the North American markets. He also educates entrepreneurship and innovation across two leading Universities in Sydney and Melbourne.
