Brave, Bold and Brilliant: Daring to rethink healthcare for Qld's infants, children, young people and families.

When: Thursday 26 May, 2022

Where: Sunshine Coast Health Institute, Sunshine Coast University Hospital (virtual option available)

Time: 8:45am registration, 9:15am start

For those unable to make it to the Sunshine Coast, this will be a hybrid event with virtual attendance available for all forum sessions. Please choose that ticket type when registering.

The exciting program will present integrated and collaborative initiatives from across Queensland that are brave, bold, and brilliant in working towards a better healthcare system. Themes on the day will elevate work done within Adolescent and Young Adult healthcare, trauma informed approaches to care, health equity for all and integrated models of care to improve outcomes for infants, children, young people, and families across the state.

The Provisional program is now available. Registration is required for all participants, including virtual attendees.

We are calling for interest in presenting posters at the forum to get a better understanding of the work happening in child and youth health across the state. Posters can be new or from other conferences or forums within the last 2 years. Please indicate your interest on the registration form.

Travel /accommodation assistance is available to Queensland Health staff only, in accordance with the QH travel policy. Limitations apply to each HHS - please submit your registration form and await advice from the QCYCN, prior to booking travel. Cost for approved travelers only will be paid. Priority will be given to QCYCN members who have been actively involved over the last 12 months.
