ALL of our terms and conditions, policies and FAQ's are available to read and download via our website and social media. You can read these HERE and also at our website HERE. If you purchase a pop-up sellers stall you are hearby agreeing to ALL our t's & c's and policies.

* Please note: these tickets are for SELLERS STALLS ONLY! Shoppers can register their interest in our event via our website and social media and pay $2 entry on the day to shop.

WHAT IS WARDROBE WARRIORS AND HOW CAN I SELL?

WW Markets are pop-up preloved fashion markets with stalls available for sellers with womens, mens or childrens fashion & accessories.

You clean out the clothes you no longer wear, grab a stall and come sell to your local community with us on Market day!

All you need to do to sell is read all our terms and conditions (and FAQS and policies you can find these HERE), purchase a sellers stall here, grab your info from our welcome email (we send this within 24 hours of purchase) and come to our market day with all your pre-loved goodies ;).


STALL SIZES & PRICES

BIGGIE STALLS

2.5m x 2.5m - $45 + booking fees.
Biggie stalls can fit 2-3 racks or tables measuring no more than 2m, a few baskets, suitcases. (or equivalent)

SMALLS STALLS

1.5m x 2m - $25 + booking fees.

Small stalls can fit ONE rack measuring no more than 2m, a few baskets, suitcases etc near or under the space and a stool. (or equivalent) ** Please no double racks in smalls stalls.

(ALL pop-up spaces are empty spaces, sellers must provide all fixtures, furnishing, decorations, stock etc., you are able to bring along as much or as little as you like, but you MUST remain inside these measurements and also not bring along anything on our banned list. RACK HIRE

1.5m (extendable to 1.8m) silver, professional clothing racks available HIRE. $10

PLEASE NOTE: Racks must be HIRED for the day. We do not have racks available for hire on the day and these must be pre-purchased.

SET UP/MARKET/PACK DOWN TIMES

SET UP TIMES AND PROCEEDURES

We are working on being able to have sellers set up the night before our market! Stay tuned for more announcements on this. If no announcements are made, please assume that all sellers will need to arrive on the day to set up.

Sellers are able to arrive to set up from 10:00am - 11:30am. If you arrive prior to this time, you will need to wait outside our venue until we open our doors for sellers at 10:00am.

We will then check you in, give you some more information for the day and show you to your stall. If you need help setting up your stalls or moving items inside, please make sure to bring along a helper. We are a super small team and will do our best to help as many people as we can, but if you know you will need help, please prepare ahead of time :)

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to arrive by 11:30am will mean an automatic cancellation of your stall space and any racks hired. Our market opens at 12:00pm to the public and for a large number of reasons, we cannot have sellers moving items inside/setting up past 11:30am. All stalls should be ready to trade by 11:55am.

MARKET TIMES

Our market kicks off at 12:00pm and runs right through until 5:00pm.

PACK DOWN TIMES

Once our market has concluded at 5:00pm, sellers are able to leave their stalls and pack down. If you need to leave earlier than this, please let us know prior to our market starting if possible!

PARKING

We are working on aquiring parking for our sellers. This will be paid parking (Around $10 - $20 for the whole day). If not, there are some free parks available for sellers to use, as well as limited street parking. There are other complexes around the area and also paid parking.

PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing a sellers stall for this event, you are acknowledging that parking may not become available and it will be a first in, best dressed type situation with what is available.

Please make sure to purchase your stall using the name you will give to us on the day! You don't need to print your ticket out (you can either show us on your phone, or just give us your name and we can check you in!)

We are looking forward to our first ever Bowen Hills market! Our charity is being confirmed but we have a huge one planned for one of our final markets of the year!
