About this event
For 2022, our flagship fund-raiser promises MORE food, MORE fun and BOTTOMLESS Prosecco and Rose Prosecco whilst you enjoy the company of friends old and new at our long-table brunch event!
A substantial selection of delicious, high-tea style food will be served to you at your seat - including Arancinis, Samosas, Curry Puffs, delicate sandwiches and of course, delicious desserts - along with your quality King Island bubbles and/or non-alcoholic drink alternative, whilst a selection of teas will also be available.
Raffle tickets will be available to buy at very reasonable prices and an assortment of quality Silent Auction items will be up for grabs with the opportunity to bag yourself a bargain - or three! Items on offer include kitchenwares, assorted gift sets, jewellery and finest French Champagne!
The amazing “Scent to Rescue” candles will be joining us, selling THE most amazing candles with 100% profit to animal rescue!
Bring your $2 coins for the opportunity to win a 1L bottle of Gordons Pink Gin - if you can toss it the closest the bottle - and take to your feet for the chance to beat the rest of the guests in a game of "Heads and Tails" for a great prize!
Bring your friends or come alone to make new ones - the long-table format (Covid permitting) ensures you're always surrounded by like-minded people.
This fund-raising event is to raise much-needed funds for Homeless and Abused Animal Rescue Team (HAART) to help pay for our never-ending bills and save more lives.

COVID-19: In the event that Covid-19 restrictions result in the cancellation of this event, a full refund, minus ticketing agency's non-refundable booking fee, will be offered; alternatively a ticket for an alternative date will be offered if it can be deferred.
Covid-19 Compliance: As per the state government Covid directions and City of Stirling policy, the following conditions apply to this event and all attendees will be required to comply to attend the event:
Proof of Covid double vaccination is required prior to entry. Both SafeWA and ServiceWA apps can store your certificate in an approved format. If you are medically exempt from receiving the vaccines, proof of medical exemption is required.
Mask are compulsory to attend this event and must be work at all times in the correct manner unless seated at the tables where food and drink will be served.
All attendees must sign in to the event via the Contact Register using your app; alternatively a paper form will be available to register your attendance.
HAART and the venue will ensure a high level of cleaning to ensure your safety at the event and will enable and encourage social distancing of 1.5m where possible.
Please do not attend the event if you have any Covid symptoms. Get tested and isolate until a negative test is confirmed.

Please note that although the event is a 3 hour long event, free-flow alcohol will be available for a 2 hour period to ensure the responsible service of alcohol and adherence to the liquor licensing regulations for this event.
Due to pre-event costs, cancellations will not be refunded unless the event is unable to run, although you are welcome to pass your ticket on to somebody else.
All food and drinks served on the day are vegan-friendly.
