Artists duo Man&Wah are well known for their exquisite botanical imagery and creations. Come join them and explore the beautiful Sunshine Coast wallum as they share practical techniques and tips to capture the profound beauty of nautre through a 3 hour immersive workshop. The workshop will be structured into two parts with participants spending focus time with each of the artists to learn photographic capture techniques and video capture/editing techniques. Its perfect for everyone from absolute beginners to experienced photographers. Exploring the post-burn environment of the wallum at Kathleen McArthur Reserve, capture the beauty of nature in the morning light before enjoying morning tea with the artists and Wild/flower Woman Dr Sue Davis, and then completing the second part of the workshop. About Man&Wah
Inspired by nature and the cosmos, Man&Wah are brothers who work together to produce large-scale visual works, moving images, digital content and installation experiences, collaborating with a diverse range of people and projects across Australia and the globe. They explore the relationships between society, humans and the natural environment. Man&Wah have exhibited their creative works at the World Science Festival, 'Entwined: plants and people’ exhibition at State Library QLD, Museum of Brisbane, BOTANICA outdoor arts festival, Splendour In The Grass festival, BIGSOUND and the Commonwealth Games Arts and Culture Program.

- iPhone or iPad with iMovie app installed (or equivalent)
- Rechargeable battery to recharge devices (highly recommended and please fully charge all devices before workshop*)
- Lightweight tripod and gimbal (optional)
- Filters and lens attachments (optional)
- Sound recording devices (optional)
This workshop is suitable for patrons aged 14+. Attendees under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a ticketed and attending parent/guardian.

CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us within 48 hours of the program start time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of the program start time will result in a loss of 50% of your fees. Cancellation on the day will mean a forfeit of all fees paid.
Program Cancellation
If a program is cancelled to due minimum numbers not being met, extreme weather or other circumstance, you will be entitled to either a ticket for postponed event or full refund.
