About this Event
Consuming Fermented Foods has many health benefits including, but not limited to :
They help restore our gut flora thereby improving our immune function.
They aid in digestion
They help our body to detoxify toxins
They help us to absorb nutrients better from the foods we eat.
In this class, you will learn how to make Sauerkraut, another veggie ferment and a delicious fermented hot sauce.
You will get all the recipes and ingredient lists in advance so you can make the ferments during the class. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can just watch and make them later.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and you will be supported in a closed facebook group after the class incase you have any questions later on.
The class will give you confidence in trying your own ferments at home and save you lots of money spent on expensive store bought ferments.
Sharda is a passionate health and wellness educator and has been successfully making her own fermented foods and drinks at home for the last 6 years. She thrives on teaching others to do the same.
